We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to accelerate Court22’s international growth, generate leads, and ensure more players use our apps. This is a hands-on role where you combine planning with execution, always measuring results and optimizing for impact.

Your mission

· Own and execute the go-to-market strategy, driving growth marketing initiatives hands-on across multiple countries with modern tools and methods.

· Strengthen Court22’s brand through engaging stories, campaigns, and collaborations.

· Support sales by providing tools, content, and campaigns that open doors and convert leads.

· Help our customers with content that supports their success and growth.

What you will do

· Develop and distribute press releases and proactively build strong relationships with international media.

· Plan, create, and manage content across social media, newsletters, app, and web.

· Work with influencers and creators to amplify our brand on platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram,YouTube and TikTok.

· Create marketing material and campaign content for our customers, helping them grow their own businesses.

· Collaborate with sales teams on campaigns, events, and trade fairs to generate leads and build relationships.

· Drive SEO efforts to secure high rankings on search engines and platforms like ChatGPT.

· Design and deliver assets such as presentations, pitch decks, and campaign materials.

· Track performance with statistics and reports, ensuring continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

· A proactive marketer with strong strategic skills and the ability to execute.

· Experience in international marketing, press relations, and brand building.

· Skills in SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and campaign planning.

· Knowledge of content creation for both brand and customer growth.

· Experience supporting sales teams with campaigns, materials, and events.

· Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on measurable results.
