Court22 Support and Onboarding specialist
Court22 is looking for a dedicated team member to strengthen our support team! As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in onboarding and supporting our customers and venue managers. We are looking for someone with a passion for service and a strong interest in sports – especially racket sports and/or golf.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Onboard and support customers and venue managers: Assist our customers in transitioning from other platforms to ours and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Educate customers: Teach our customers how our system works and help them utilize our features effectively.
- Help set up leagues and activities: Support venue managers in creating leagues and activities that engage players and encourage active participation at their facilities.
Qualifications
We believe you have:
- A background in and a strong interest in sports, especially racket sports and/or golf.
- Previous experience working in customer support. It’s a plus if you also have experience in sales and/or technical setup.
